Olympics #3
"Long Jumping"
Welcome to your third Olympics! You are Eight People participating at this Long Jumping competition.
This is how it will work... there will be 7 Rounds of Long Jumping.
Every round, the person jumping the shortest will be eliminated until two people remain for the final round. In that round, the person jumping the furthest will win the competition!
One feet of jumping consumes one energy.
You will all begin with 50 Energy.
You will have to decide, in advance, how many feet you will be jumping in each 7 rounds.
Your total of energy consumed in all your rounds together must not exceed 50, so if you used 45 energy in the first six rounds, you can't use more than 5 feet in your last round.
Example: 10 feet in round 1, 5 feet in round 2, 5 feet in round 3, 10 feet in round 4, 10 feet in round 5, 5 feet in round 6, and finally, 5 feet in the final round!
To decide how many feet you will jump each round, this is what you are going to do: You will open a thread called "Long Jumping" in your diaries.
Once you are ready to start Round 1, post "Round 1", and from now, you will have to post every 1 minute exactly, do NOT miss the minute or your jump will fail and stop at the feet you're at.
Every minute, you will post like "1 feet" "2 feet" "3 feet".
When you're fine with your amount of feet for the round, post "DONE!" Whenever you are READY to begin round 2, you will post "Round 2", and now you wait another minute and so on until the end of the challenge.
You have 7 rounds to do with a maximum of 50 feet to be used.
It is recommanded that you plan how many feet you will do for each rounds.
Here is an example of someone's challenge:
So you somehow have to predict how much people are going to do in each rounds to make sure you're not out and that you reserve as much energy as possible for future rounds!
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS, ASK ME BEFORE YOU BEGIN. IT MIGHT LOOK COMPLICATED.
NO EDIT OR DELETE OR YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IN THE ROUND YOU DID IT.
In the event of a tie between two people FOR LOSING the round, random will break the tie.
In the event of a tie in the final round TO WIN, there will be a tie-breaker!
You have 24 hours to complete the challenge.
